IIf the Monday falls on a Bank Holiday, it is usually better to count the collection on a Tuesday – you decide!  Please Note:

·        Votive candles and St Antony’s Bread to be counted on last weekend of each month [Friary Cash sheet - Green]

·        Gift Aid envelopes (brown, blue and white) should be dated individually and the amount contained written on each envelope. Envelopes to be placed in a white envelope to the outside of which should be placed the appropriate “sticker label”

·        Newspaper money to be counted each week, if significant

·        If plastic coin bags do not contain the full appropriate amount there is no need to put in a slip of paper saying how much is in the bag

·        Place coloured labelled canvas bags in safe. Use unmarked canvas bags for banking.
