Printing Rota

General Guidelines

Once again. thank you for helping with the photocopying of the Parish Newsletter. On average this should take about one hour of your time.

The Newsletter is prepared for printing by the Parish Office. It is then left in the Office and is available from 11am every Saturday. If possible, please print the newsletter some time between 11am and 5pm on the Saturday.

350 copies of the newsletter are printed and then folded. Of this: 3 copies should be left on the photocopier in the parish office for the secretary to file and distribute. 60 copies should be placed in the case for Yatton. (If the Sacristy door is locked, please leave them at the door with a note saying they are for Yatton.) 100 copies are placed at the ‘side’ entrance to the church, on the hymnbook table. The remaining are placed at the back of the church on the small table, alongside the hymnbooks.

Please take away any old newsletters you may find in the church. If you cannot print on your weekend, please contact another person on the list and arrange your own cover. If all else fails, contact the Secretary or Fr. Reg. Please do help yourself to tea and coffee while you are working.
